• Twin head stays open during use to operate as eye hose
• Requires source of water
• Hose should be applied to injured or contaminated areas of the body
• Wall mounted with a yellow steel bracket for high visibility in an emergency
• Spray nozzle has dust cover to protect when not in use
• Compliance: Test rating conditions are compliant to ANSI Z358.1-2014
• Universal Sign: ANSI compliant vertical identification sign
• Testing: Waterproof test card to record date and inspector name or weekly tests
• Please note that drench hoses with a single head do not meet all criteria of an eyewash station
• Dual head drench hoses do meet all the criteria of an eyewash station but cannot substitute a drench shower
• ANSI Z358.1 requires nozzles to be between 838 - 1143mm above the floor
