Our TUFF Longspan Shelving boasts an impressive 500kg load capacity per shelf, perfect for storing bulky, heavy items as well as pallets. The TUFF Longspan Shelving is a heavy-duty shelving system for all your storage needs. Ideal for warehouses, factories or any industrial environment.

• Height: 2500mm
• Height adjustable beams - you can position them as required
• Sturdy steel uprights and beams have a durable powder-coated finish
• Shelving bays can be bolted to the floor as an option
• Beams simply slot into the frames
• Frames are secured by locking pins
• Uprights are 52mm thick

Chipboard Shelves: 

600mm and 900mm Depth shelving bays are supplied with 18mm thick chipboard shelves.

What's Included:

3 shelves per bay and necessary locking pins to fix in position.

Extension Bays:

Includes 1x end frame and 3x beam levels

These are if you wish to extend your run of racking. Add as many extension bays as you require. Please note you only require 1x starter bay per bay run. When calculating the width of each bay, you can do this by adding 104mm to the width (104mm as the 2x uprights are 52mm thick each).

Please note: the lowest beam that can be fixed off the floor is 185mm. dimensions given for height and depth are the overall size.

Beams can be adjusted in 50mm increments.

When measuring the space for your shelving, remember to measure from the skirting, taking any pipework or service boxes into consideration which might obstruct when putting your shelving together.
